The Local Epicurean Grand Rapids

The Local Epicurean Grand Rapids is the original home of the concept. What began as a small idea centered on fresh, small-batch pasta production in downtown Grand Rapids grew into something much more.

From its roots making pasta by hand, the space evolved organically into a beloved neighborhood destination offering cooking classes, curated wines, take-and-bake meals, and a European-style market filled with Italian specialties and house-made favorites. The Grand Rapids location carries the soul of the brand—grounded in craftsmanship, curiosity, and the simple joy of great ingredients brought together with care.
